Exchange & Return Policy – Leazus

At Leazus, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a smooth and flexible exchange and return process under the following conditions:

  • Exchange or return is available within 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.

  •  Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.

  •  In case of a manufacturing defect, Leazus will cover the shipping costs for exchange or return.

  • In other cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
